Senior Transitions – Inpatient Psychiatric Program
Our inpatient program provides mental health care in a comfortable and safe environment. The program addresses the specific needs of middle-aged and senior adults who are experiencing mental status changes which are impacting their safety and level of functioning.
A psychiatrist oversees all program services and treatment. Unit activities include daily group sessions with the Licensed Professional Counselor, activities coordinator, and nursing staff. We recognize the importance of family and request the involvement of family members and other support persons in the development of appropriate treatment goals and discharge plans.
